These are drafting prompts, not final legal policies. Replace them with accurate terms reviewed for your business and supplier arrangements before accepting orders.

Affiliate products

Affiliate products are purchased on the partner's website. The partner's checkout, price, shipping, returns and customer support terms apply. BUSYKART may earn a commission from qualifying purchases where an affiliate relationship exists. Affiliate disclosures must be displayed clearly near relevant links.

Direct supplier products

Direct-order enquiries submitted through WhatsApp are not confirmed orders until BUSYKART confirms stock, final price, shipping, payment method and estimated delivery. Do not collect payment until your supplier fulfilment and refund process is agreed.

Shipping and delivery

Show a realistic delivery estimate and shipping charge for each direct product. Explain who ships the order and how tracking is shared.

Returns, refunds and cancellations

Publish product-specific return eligibility, damaged-item reporting deadlines, cancellation rules and refund timelines. Do not promise a return policy that your supplier will not honour.
